Do you think it is unethical to hack into other computers in this case?

If the sole purpose of the hacker is to hack into computers from companies like NASA just to find out what they are hiding just for their own information, and not to pass the info along. In my opinion, I have always wanted to find out the secrets behind NASA. I would never hack myself because I'm not even close to having the capabilities. It just drives me crazy and I'm sure others who are interested in finding out what secrets certain companies keep from us. No intentions of causing any harm or damage whatsoever to any registries or files or any components of the computer, just to eavesdrop or snoop around in the system to find out what someone is hiding because some stuff the public has a right to know. What are your opinions?
