MPCV is nice.. but Nasa needs a goal..?

The Goal of NASA is both manned and unmanned spaceflight. There are probably hundreds of proposed goals - humans on Mars, a water-probe sent to Europa, and a moon base - but all of these are going to require major funding, which comes from the US Government. NASA can only act on those goals that are approved by our government, and sometimes, they don't always fund a great mission.
