Sure. They'd have to go get a PhD in astronomy or physics (8-12 years of college, unlikely many of the medicine classes would transfer), become a US citizen (NASA hires foreign postdocs for 2 year appointments, but not many foreign astronomers full time) and apply for a job. They don't hire many astronomers, so you'll also need to be at the top of your field and do something very useful for them (not theory).

My best answer is that there are not enough amateur astronomers to watch the skys outside of Our own Nasa and Observatories in general being that space is such a vast place to begin with. Pictures of the Milky Way are from the inside. You can look up and see it at night in a dark spot. As for pictures of other galaxies, you can take them yourself. A decent camera which can take a 30-sec or longer exposure can get a picture of the Andromeda galaxy, and you can see that too with your eyes. Other galaxies require at least a small telescope, but you can still see them and take your own pictures. We aren't showing planets in other galaxies, but some stars are bright enough to see. The Mars rovers are actually on Mars sending back images.

What is better for jumping and speed?

Dont get a rockered board if you want it to perform well at speed or while jumping. Cambered boards are superior to rockers in these conditions, as the cambered shape adds stability at speed (rockered boards are fun, but at speed they get squirrely and unstable). Also, the camber shape provides a solid landing off of jumps, and although some people can kill it on big jumps in the park on rockers, if you land on the tail or nose off a jump on a rockered board it is really hard to recover. Camber is just more stable, and all of my park rat friends, and the semi-pros and pros in Mammoth that hit jumps and haul butt, ride cambered boards. So to reiterate, buy camber if you want to go fast and land jumps. Id suggest a 155, since you're tall but quite thin, maybe a 157 if you wanna go REALLY fast and you consider yourself a good rider. Rockers are better on pow days, and easy for jibbing, but it doesn't sound like they will meet your needs. The OG is a directional board, which means it's better for all-mountain riding. If you are interested in riding a lot of switch, or you will be hitting rails/boxes regularly, look for a true twin cambered board, with medium flex, which will provide the stability that you're after, and will make riding switch much easier. You could also consider a hybrid, a board with rocker and camber. These can offer the best of both worlds: stability and pop from camber, and float in pow, and the playfulness of rocker. How to properly reset verizon fios router?

I was having a party at my house and a friend tripped over an ethernet cable connecting my brother's xbox 360 to my verizon fios router. When she tripped, it knocked the router off of my desk. I put it back on the desk and my desktop computer (which has a wired connection to the router) operates fine, but the wireless signal in my house has decreased to the point where some rooms in my house are not getting coverage when they previously did. Also, the speeds have decreased on those devices. I did a speed test to a server nearby in Philadelphia and the wired gets 26 down and 5 up and the other devices on wireless get like 15down 4up. It's not like the speed is really slow but I have noticed the difference. A friend told me that I should reset the router. Is this the right thing to do to attempt to improve the signal? I'm really not tech savvy so I'm not sure how to handle this situation. Also will a reset require me to re-enter the wep key into all of my devices? Will the wep key change if it's reset? I turned on my computer and the monitor wasn't receiving any signal. I checked the cables and they were all plugged in. Why is my download speed really slow?

So one day I was downloading some music. It said it was going like 3 kilobytes per second. I have pretty fast internet and it only did this on one computer in the house. My connection for the computer is 5 bars out of 5 so I don't know why this is happening. If I download an app on my itouch, the download is finished in like 2 seconds. I have a Belkin wireless adapter plugged into my computer so I can get a wireless signal from the router. Also, when I download something, it goes really slow and sometimes freezes for like 10 seconds, then resumes. One last thing, the browsing speed and watching videos on youtube is really fast though.

WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION PROBLEM?

I am surprised that D-Link couldn't solve the problem as I found D-Link one of the more user friendly routers to program? Asume your drivers are correct etc, and the router is connected : internet>modem>router>PC's either ethernet or wireless or a comination. you have configured the Wi-Fi menu in the router to a name and encrypt and password protect it, to avoid unwanted users. Then you need to open your network center, search for you named signal >connect>enter the password> set it to connect automatically, voila? To access you router you need the IP address, can be 192.168.0.1, or 192.168.1.1 or check with you ISP? laptop can connect 3 ways to the internet, ethernet, wireless from a home internet or a USB dongle,on a packet or pre paid. D-Link router that I have came with a wizard connect CD and a manual. I assume thatis the wireless driver for the Acer laptop downloaded from Acer website? So is the problem at the browser, which may be a firewall issue? You can always do a factory resetwith a paperclip in hole next to power plug and reconfigure, this resets all passwords as well. once configured just give it a powr refresh, unplug from power for 30 seconds then plug bac in and let it cycle up. As Computers need a restart to complete update so does hardware, for changes to take effect, and I power refresh my router and modem once a week,as they can get into a bind? Keeps them fresh and fast.

Well on Wednesday i went to prom with a guy i really like and he was my prom date. He bought me a beautiful flower corsage which matched my dress as well. But throughout the night he kept wondering off and dancing with other girls. When it was dessert time at the meal, we shared a huge piece of cake and then we had Professional photo's taking together in one of those couple poses. But on photo's he's got his arm around other girls but on ours he's just stood behind me. He gave me his jacket to wear outside when i was cold but there was no romance, he was just being a friend. I believe it depends on how you expose any information you have and your motives for doing so: If you have a malicious intention behind what you write- it may be construed as harassment. You are very unlikely to be hired as a permanent scientist (civil servant) at NASA - to hire a foreigner for that job, they must convince the hiring committee that no one in the US could do that job. If you're not a very emotional person, you shouldn't read this. I've got a best friend who I'm gonna call Awesomeman, for anonymity. Awesomeman is the awesomest man I know. He's funny, a little awkward, and lighthearted. Everyone knows him, but not too say he's a jock or anything. I would never think of leaving Awesomeman. So one day in school, during lunch, Awesomeman happened to be hanging out with someone named Clingyguy. So, Awesomeman inrouduced me to Clingyguy (this happened at the beginning of the school year). Well, it all went downhill from there. Now, me and Clingyguy are somehow best friends. So, he found out that me, along with Awesomeman, like to draw comics and stuff in our spare time. So, he started drawing comics too. So usually, he'd read out comics and not laugh that much, then laugh at his own comics. So anyway, Clingyguy is a bit short, chubby, awkward, and short-tempered. He's made fun of by a lot of the school. Everytime I come to school, he's waiting for me. He walks by me in the hallway every chance he gets; he comes by my locker between classes and takes up space so I can barely get my books. He always gets pissed off so easily, and I'm pretty sure he has anger management problems. He screams, punches stuff, throws stuff, etc... when he gets pissed.
