Is the root of all Human evil the ability of humans to pass their responsibility to others?

Your examples make no sense to me, no offense. Anonymity isn't a person. It's a state of being anonymous. They aren't transferring the responsibility to anything or anybody. A responsibility is something you have to do. None of the things listed are things people have to do. I've studied a bit on religion in the case of genocide, and no religion teaches to commit genocide, or murder of any kind, despite what people want you to believe, mostly about the Islam faith. Criminals don't have to commit crimes, they just do. They are pinning the blame on that thing, for they are not forced to do it, but rather commit said act and then blame it on something they think will get them out of trouble.
