Is this trait more common among men or women?

I personally think that females are more like this, however males act like this in different situations. Females often find it difficult to trust others while guys dont bother thinking before they say something that could be based entirely on trust and then regret it later. Guys are outgoing, but typically find it difficult to express their feelings while girls are often more likely to vent their problems- especially with other girls.
