My Iphone Four! Please Help me!?

My signal is really jacked up... also, so is my screen, and my homebutton. When i click a button i have to do it like 3-4 times. and it'll randomly call people im texting or others in my contacts. I'm outta warenty and i dont want another iphone.. I want the samsun infuse 4 g! what should I do?
