N.W.U.'s, Concerning them, Hot weather. How many degrees is it before we are allowed be able to deblouse?

Regarding anonymity, I don't want to say where I am. But it gets hot in our space. Our chain says to keep it on to maintain a good appearance.o we have to keep our blouse on. Everyone is miserable. I am still digging through the Navy Uniform Regulations trying to find an answer. Any help is greatly appreciated.
