In UK Law, is it an offence to name unconvicted Rapists,Paedophiles/Abusers?

I believe it depends on how you expose any information you have and your motives for doing so: If you have a malicious intention behind what you write- it may be construed as harassment. If you don't promote what you are saying as 'hearsay' in the first instant- you may be regarded as having libelled the person - surely you wouldn't want to label someone as the proverbial scum a paedophile is - if you have no proof that they actually are? This is a very contentional issue as some paedophiles get charges dropped but remain paedophiles through the crime they have committed- YET I don't believe we are able to label them as such under the human rights laws simply because the courts don't label them as such- personally I wish they'd all drop dead in an instant as this is not just one of the most depraved parts of society but the part that leaves victims with trauma that lasts a lifetime- sad as it sounds- they get away with a permanent torture of their victims because our country averts from the death penalty. PLEASE DO NOT- say or do anything against the accused until they have been found guilty and then do it with caution- REMAIN legal in your endeavours!
