My oovoo says i have no signal?

I was using my oovoo and needed more light.Went got a lamp plugged it up and bump the power cord to the computer shutting off the computer.Booted it back up try to call the person back but notice there's no signal.I've cleaned up the system check the connection made sure nothing was blocked all that.Yet it still says i have no signal when i clearly do.I can go to youtube,facebook yet it says no signal.Any ideas on wat i can do to fix this?
